I support leaders who drive the Design industry forward

Over the last decade, I’ve coached hundreds of designers and have led teams to launch some of today’s most recognizable products.

I’ve seen Design be one of the most powerful—and often least understood—tools businesses have. I’m baffled by how under-utilized designers often are.

I believe the best way to move the Design industry forward is to bring everything I’ve learned to help design leaders develop influence and drive impact in their organizations.

20-years in Design + a world-class MBA

I discovered design early and never looked back. I started a freelance agency in high-school. Working for nearly 100 clients worldwide in a few short years enabled me to graduate from university debt-free.

I’ve since worked at seed, series A/B/C/D, pre-IPO and public companies, and designed in design-led, product-led, engineering-led, and sales-led environments.

I’ve always seen Design as a tool to impact businesses. To become a well-rounded leader, I earned an MBA from U.C. Berkeley's Haas School of Business, which consistently ranks among the top MBA programs in the world.

My diverse experience and expertise gives me a unique perspective and approach to design, leadership, and coaching.
